ZipGenius is the file compression suite. It is free and easy to use, plus it supports more than 20 formats of compressed archives, including RAR, ARJ, ACE, CAB, SQX, ZIP64, UPX and the excellent 7-zip. ZipGenius supports drag and drop, 5 compression levels, full customization and integration in Windows Explorer. The signature features allows you to add your signature and contact information to any zip file you create. ZipGenius also supports the creation of self-extracting exe files, complete with custom setup launch and icon. ZipGenius also comes with additional features like encryption, scanner support (acquire pictures and zip them into files), backup, statistics, download time calculator, disk spanning, file export, support for OpenOffice and more.

It can also interact with your Pocket PC device. You can give better protection to your archives using encryption instead of the standard zip password, you can send e-mail using the built-in mail client or you can publish archives on the Web with FTPGenius, the built-in FTP client.

ZipGenius is presented in two editions: STANDARD and SUITE that differs for the content they ship to user’s Desktop. While the suite edition is the full setup package that includes all the optional modules of the ZipGenius project, because it is a setup layout oriented to experts and power users, the standard setup package just includes the main ZipGenius application because it is designed for most Windows® users, that just want to open/compress/decompress archives in several formats.

ZipGenius is a FREEWARE product, it is absolutely free for everybody and it can be installed in any environment and on an unlimited number of workstations (private, professional/commercial, corporate, educational, government environments are welcome).
